Shirts & Other Apparel
I designed a group shirt for a recent trip to Walt Disney World. I had so much fun creating it, and a lot of people asked where we purchased them from. I took that as a huge compliment, as not many things make me cringe more than a cliched group shirt.
Having already been selling products on my Etsy shop, I decided to add the new Disney-inspired shirts I was making to the mix.
I've had a lot of fun asking my friends what their favorite Disney movie is, and then working with them to design a shirt they love. I get so excited to wear these into the parks! Time to plan a visit!
A custom shirt I made for our group during our recent trip to Walt Disney World. The shirt reads, "It's A Core Memory Kind of Day."

My father loves cars. He loves racing, restoring, and especially NASCAR. I grew up hearing Darrell Waltrip yell "Boogity, boogity, boogity! Let's go racing!" every Sunday afternoon. So for our recent trip to Disneyland, I wanted to combine his love for Disney Parks with his passion for racing.
There aren't many, or really any, race cars better than the beloved Love Bug, Herbie.
Come Sail Away - Styx / Peter Pan Crossover Etsy Link
In the coming weeks before a Disney trip, I had been on one of my Styx kicks (rhyme intentional). Come Sail Away had been stuck in my head for a solid week, and I wanted to find a Disney movie to reference the song to.
Of course, Peter Pan instantly came to mind. You can't help but be a little kid when you're in Disneyland, so I thought the reference was perfect.
Guardians of the Galaxy - Dance Off Bro Etsy Link
With the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout attraction, I was looking for a line from the movie to create a shirt out of. A friend suggested the line, "Dance off bro. Me and you."
It's a reference that I doubt a lot of people will get, but I'm so happy with it nonetheless. And any excuse to draw a Sony Walkman is a good thing.
Inside Out - Today's A Core Memory Kind of Day Etsy Link
When discussing an imminent trip to Disney World with some friends, one of them told me that we needed to be sure to create a lot of core memories on the trip. We joked about how we were going to have a core memory kind of day. *ding* We used that line to create our group shirt.
The shirt was received so well by the group, and many guests asked us where we purchased them. It was fun to have a shirt that didn't look as much of a cliche.
Meet the Robinsons Etsy Link
I was planning a trip to Disneyland with my brother who hadn't been in a while. He asked me what he was supposed to wear. I was confused by the question, to which he clarified by saying, "Well you have different Disney shirts for each day." I laughed and told him I'd make a shirt for him.
He told me his favorite Disney movie was Meet the Robinsons, so I created Mickey ears out of items that related to the personalities of the main characters.
Lightning McQueen Cap Etsy Link
I was never a hat guy until I started going to Disneyland more often. And the theming of Cars Land just gets me so excited. When I saw an offer through my printing service for a free embroidery digitization, I jumped on the opportunity to create a new baseball cap.
I wanted to design one that was on the more subtle side of Disney theming.
